At New Look Landscapes Ltd we value all our clients, longstanding and new. To build a professional relationship with you and be able to provide our services to the best of our ability, we will need to collect some personal information from you.

We will only collect personal information from you that you specifically provide and that is essential for us to provide the services you are requesting. We do not ask you to provide any more information than is reasonably necessary.

  • provide you with suggestions and advice on services

  • check and confirm that we are able to provide our services to you (location etc)

  • provide you with our services.


We do not generally disclose your personal information to third parties, however we work closely with Checkatrade and Houzz amongst others so may share particular personal information in order to build reviews and reputation. Also we may have to sometimes, for example, instruct a supplier to make a delivery of tools or materials directly to your address so that we can complete a project. To do this we would give the delivery firm your address and perhaps a name and contact telephone number. We will inform you of our intention to disclose your personal information and you will have the opportunity to consent to that use or not.

You may wish to contact us from time to time by sending us letters or emails, or by using one of our Contact Us options on our website. We will only use this information to respond to your query or suggestion.

Our website, newlooklandscapes.co.uk, is hosted on servers inside and outside of the EU. No personal information should pass through this website other than what you explicitly provide. The hosting provider (Squarespace) have published their own GDPR compliance within their Privacy Commitment which can be found here.

On our Contact page, the phone numbers are generally called using landlines and mobile phones; E-mail will generally open a New Message Window using your own email client; or you can use our easy to complete contact form. Any information you provide is held on our website for as long as required.   

Facebook, CheckaTrade and other third party links open up to our informational pages held on third party sites. Should you wish to contact us using these third party sites then please read their Privacy Policies first.
