New Look Landscapes are a family-run landscape company based in Staines-upon-Thames. We have over 27 years of experience in the landscape and construction industry and carry out commercial and domestic projects.

We hold several accreditation’s such as BALI, APL, ISO9011 and ISO14001, as well as Safe contractor and construction line accreditation’s.

We are also an award-winning company with awards from Marshalls, pro landscapes and we also gained a silver medal at Gardeners World Live and came second in the people’s choice awards.

New Look Landscapes prides itself on the training offered to all employees, we encourage all forms of training and make sure that new members of the team are CSCS trained and DBS checked as a minimum.

We are constantly carrying out in-house training on the best practices for using all forms of hand tools and machinery required to carry out their roles. We are required to carry out training as part of our continued accreditation award to be compliant. Toolbox talks are carried out regularly to keep our staff refreshed with their skills and knowledge but ultimately to make sure everyone works safely and efficiently and carries out their role in providing quality workmanship. We also like to make sure that we are environmentally aware and as a company, practice good housekeeping and look at how our presence can be managed so as not to impact our surroundings.

We are also part of the national apprentice scheme and work closely with Merrist Wood College to help provide individuals looking to forge a career in the landscape industry with the best possible practical training.

As a company, we are currently looking at reducing our carbon footprint. We try to recycle as much as possible and this can be done by creating hibernaculums with green waste from vegetation clearances and reusing chippings that arise in the form of natural footpaths or mulch. We have replaced all of our old company vehicles with ULEZ-compliant vehicles and are trying to source all materials locally where possible. We try to use alternative methods in our projects so that we can do our best to make a difference in the environment. This may be just trying to use less concrete. Or again looking at a responsibly sourced material more locally. Projects in towns are sometimes better accessed by train rather than adding to the local congested traffic.
